Gifted painter and all around local character, Dimitri Pavloff has been of great help in suggesting the shape and scope of this website. His painting talent is only superceded by his wit, sense of humor, and general slant on the beauty of life. His studios are in Sebastopol, CA.
Wanda splits her painting and teaching between Bodega Bay and Kona, Hawaii. She's given us much encouragement and lots of tips.
David Jensen is a popular local artist who shows his work at the William Lester Gallery about twenty miles south of Bodega Bay in Point Reyes Station.

Duncans Mills, CA
A magical five minutes east of the mouth of the Russian River lies Duncans Mills, an historic community holding some real gems, among them the Christopher Queen Galleries. Home to contemporary and vintage California art, this is a must see for anyone visiting Bodega Bay and the Russian River area. Their upstairs gallery is a treasure.

Denise is a local Bodega Bay artist and gives one great lecture on color theory. Her work is shown south of Bodega Bay in Stinson Beach and in Hawaii.
This is Tamra Sanchez with some friends in France. She's the one in the middle. She paints Sonoma County scenes, and loves painting umbrellas. She is one of the artists at Bodega Bay's Local Color Gallery, and soon, she will have a painting on our site as well.

Ron Sumner captures the spirit and feel of Bodega Bay, past and present. His work most enjoyable. He is hosting a show at Bodega Bay's Local Color Gallery this month, and judging from the comments, is being very well received.
William Lester Gallery in Point Reyes Station is a real treasure. Robin Fahey Cameron, the Gallery Director, has done much to promote local contemorary artists of West Marin and Sonoma Counties. Her annual "paint out" is a special treat.
